Absolutely! We love custom orders and are set up to do a variety of leather and laser engraved goods. We try our best to accommodate them as time allows. Send us a message at moonbeargoods@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

What is your return policy?

We do our best to ensure that everything we make meets very high standards of quality. Keep in mind that all of our products are made by hand with of natural materials. There will be natural variation between products and products may include markings on the leather such as scars or brand marks, small imperfections, and other similar markings of handmade craft items. We feel that these show off the human element of handmade goods, showcasing the time and labor that we put into making the pieces and adding character and charm not found in mass-produced items.

However, if you are not satisfied with a recent order, send us a message and we will try to make things right. Likewise, if something you ordered isn’t holding up to regular use, contact us and we may be able to repair or replace the item for you.

How do I care for my leather items?

We love leather for its durability and low maintenance. You should not have to do much to care for your leather items beyond occasionally applying a leather lotion or product such as mink or neatsfoot oil if the leather feels it is drying out or gets too wet. Over time, vegetable tanned leather products darken with use and exposure sunlight (much like our own skin, natural vegetable tanned leather will tan when exposed to the sun) and other elements and develop a patina with use. There are many resources on the internet available discussing proper leather care and the treatment of vegetable tanned or chrome tanned leather goods.

New products that have been dyed may leach color, especially when exposed to moisture or high humidity. This is typically minimal as we use the best leather dyes we can find, but is otherwise normal and and will improve with use.
